Multifaith Monday 2/16/15

As usual, there are several religious holidays this week. From Christianity, we have Shrove/Fat Tuesday and the end of Mardi Gras (which is French for Fat Tuesday, by the way). Then comes Ash Wednesday which kicks off the Lenten Season. On Thursday, we also have the Buddhist/Taoist/Chinese New Year. Here are my top 5 faith-related news picks from the last several days. Since today is Presidents’ Day, we’ll start with that!
